Kelly…
is a wife, mother, and author. After working as an elementary school educator for 32 years, Kelly became passionate about developing strategies for children to gain resilience, and to assist them in bouncing back from adversity.
Kelly is passionate about wellness and the development of the whole person. She believes it is essential for health to find balance in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. Knowing the importance of being intentional to create time for mindfulness.
Kelly loves yoga and meditation and is active in her community. She welcomes and supports opportunities for diversity and inclusion. Kelly firmly believes every person should feel valued, welcomed, and have a sense of belonging. Being kind is her mantra for life. She enjoys mindfulness in the great outdoors where she loves to walk, hike, swim, paddle, ski, and golf. Kelly is a life-long learner and is eager to share her own wellness journey.
The Resilient Pinecone is her first (and not her last!) children’s book.
