The Resilient Pinecone

This is a story about building resilience. Ajna, like any child, is grappling with big emotions and uncertainties of the world. Taking time for mindfulness and bathing outdoors in nature provides opportunities for balance, gratitude, and inner peace. Many life lessons from Mother Earth are available if we are open to learning. The resilient pinecone is the voice of Mother Nature that offers Ajna wisdom and guidance for transformation.

Ajna is open to exploring nature in the garden while trying yoga poses on a quest for understanding. Yoga gives Ajna an opportunity to integrate the mind, body, and spirit by balancing the Chakra energy centres. Learning to practice breathing, hold yoga poses, and be still for meditation, assists Ajna to feel calm and grounded.
